All prices on the website are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. We accept payment via our secure payment gateway. The amount is deducted from your card when your order is approved and sent to the kitchen. We do not store your credit card details locally.

When ordering food for pickup, you specify an expected pickup time. We strive to have your food ready at the agreed time. During busy periods, delays may occur. You can track your order status live via the tracking link sent to you. If your order is not picked up within a reasonable time after it is reported ready, we reserve the right to discard it for food safety reasons, without the right to a refund.

According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, there is no right of withdrawal on the purchase of food and goods for current household consumption, including food and beverages ordered from our restaurant.

Once an order has been completed, approved, and started in the kitchen, it is no longer possible to cancel or change it.

If you experience errors or defects with your order (e.g., incorrect dishes, missing accessories, or quality issues), please contact us immediately by phone or via our contact form so we have the opportunity to correct the error right away.

Justified complaints are resolved either by replacing the item, a price reduction, or via a voucher, depending on the specific situation.

When you order from Thai Taanic, we collect the necessary information (name, phone number, e-mail) to process your order, send a receipt, and contact you if necessary.

Your information is stored securely, encrypted, and is not shared with unauthorized third parties without your consent. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your data with us at any time.

We reserve the right for typographical errors, price changes, sold-out items, and delays due to force majeure (including power outages, IT breakdowns, or extreme weather conditions).
